OnSite

Site Attendance

At BMSI we pride ourselves on the quality of our onsite engineering team. Our engineers are technically qualified and highly trained to provide high level BeMS maintenance, support and customer service to our client base.

Within your contract, we will strive to provide continuity of engineers to develop further contract specific knowledge and build a better relationship with the site. We will ensure our engineers are kept up to date with new releases of technology and innovation plus provide full back of house support with regards to access coordination, administration and schedule planning.

ReActive Onsite

24/7 Site Attendance for Callouts

Our 24/7/365 call out cover gives peace of mind for any emergencies that may occur on site. Each Region  has trained engineers available when needed. The call out facility has unlimited use, but each visit will be chargeable at the agreed rates.
