Empowering the Future
At BMSI, we believe that our young talent is the driving force behind our continued success. That's why we recently hosted an incredible two-day event designed to empower and inspire the next generation to try careers in BEMS.
The event began at Go Ape in Delamere Forest, Cheshire, where our young attendees took on a range of thrilling challenges in the treetops, and strengthened their bonds as a team. Teamwork is something that we are particularly passionate about at BMSI, so we were keen to encourage this amongst the young group.
The day was filled with laughter, encouragement, and working together. After the action-packed afternoon in the forest, we enjoyed a delicious meal and overnight stay, giving everyone a chance to relax and connect in a more informal setting.
Brainstorming the future of BMSI
On day two, we shifted our focus to the future of BMSI. In an exciting session, our young attendees presented their innovative ideas on how to benefit, change, and develop our BEMS business.
From enhancing our sustainability initiatives to improving internal processes and exploring new technologies, their creativity and passion were truly inspiring. We were blown away by their insightful perspectives and their commitment to shaping the future of BEMS, which is why all of these ideas are being put forward to our directors for consideration.
