BMSI appointed by Mace on exciting Paddington Square development
We’re delighted to announce that BMSI has been appointed to carry out the BMS/ EMS at the new Paddington Square development in central London.
BMSI Major Projects Division has been appointed to carry out the installation at this impressive new location designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop. Paddington Square is a mixed-use scheme with 360,000 sq ft of office space across 18 floors, four tiers of retail and 1.35 acres of public realm improvements. It is scheduled to be completed in spring 2022 and will include flexible workspaces, rooftop bars and restaurants plus retail, leisure and wellbeing facilities.
Working on securing the project for over 12 months during the tender phase, BMSI Sales Director, James Smith is thrilled to announce BMSI’s involvement:
