BMSI are extremely pleased to be working on the 30 South Colonnade project alongside Skanska and MEP consulting engineers, Hilson Moran.

Due for completion in late 2022, this large-scale upgrade includes the provision of 26 new control panels, 900 FCU controllers and a new front-end supervisor. The impressive 11 storey commercial office development, set in the heart of Canary Wharf, will now have an additional three floors added to provide further, premium office space.

Working with Skanska on this follows on from the extensive and successful work recently completed at 80 Fenchurch Street by the BMSI team.
