We currently have a vacancy for a Sales Manager in our Southern Region, covering a region as far West as Wiltshire and across to Kent in the SE of England.
The individual will be responsible for promoting our projects business in new and pre-existing buildings in accordance with pre-set sales targets and in line with the Company’s regional strategies.
The successful candidates’ success will be based on their ability to forge strong working relationships with building contractors, consultants and end-users who will have the confidence in BMSI to deliver a controls installation that meets all of their financial and operational requirements.
The ideal candidates should possess a strong technical background in the BMS industry and be able to demonstrate the qualities required to generate a pipeline of business at a profitable margin. Even without actual sales experience, evidence of drive, determination to succeed and being able to keep to promises in a competitive work environment are the pre-requisites of being able to fulfil this particular role. As a Company committed to developing our staff, we would ensure that any required sales training would be provided to support those applicants without any sales experience behind them.
Familiarity with Trend would be advantageous, but not essential.
