With this in mind, therefore, we would be delighted to hear from anyone who lives in the South of England who has experience of being a Service/Support Engineer in the BMS industry and who would like to further their career with ourselves. Reporting into our Denmead office, near Waterlooville, the successful candidate would be expected to undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building control systems in accordance with the service level agreement between ourselves and our customers in either Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire or Buckinghamshire. There will also be a need to respond to customer service calls in the event of a system failure.

The ideal candidate should have experience of working within the building controls industry and have sound Trend experience as well as proven diagnostic skills and be able to systematically identify and resolve technical problems. There will also be a requirement to design, engineer and commission small BMS projects. Experience of Integration (BACnet, Trend TONN, Synapsys SIP etc.) would be an advantage. A driving licence and being PC literate are essential pre-requisites.
