Job Description:
Whilst the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic was felt by every type of business in the UK, the travel industry was one of the most affected by the changes that we have witnessed over the last couple of years. It has been an especially difficult time for air travel with the restrictions and risks associated with the pandemic that have made people reluctant to want to travel by plane. However, we are now beginning to see a return in demand for air travel and, whilst we are nowhere near pre-Covid levels of activity, Heathrow is becoming busier day by day.
Consequently, we here at BMSI (a key partner to Heathrow, providing technical support in installing and maintaining the airport’s building controls systems) are looking to bolster our numbers by responding to Heathrow’s need to return to some kind of normality and are looking to recruit for the following positions at our Aviation office near Heathrow to ensure our service levels are maintained:
Project Manager
| This is a key role for somebody who will not only have man-management responsibility for direct reports, but will also be required to execute the installation of a range of BMS systems in some of Heathrow’s terminal buildings and ancillary offices in the vicinity that conform to the content, margin and programme criteria established with the Business Manager or Contracts Manager. |
