Job Description:

One of the areas in which we have seen significant growth in our industry is within the Data Centre sector and, in response, we have created a new business unit designed to respond to the requirements of our customers in this particular field. Given the success of the team already and the increasing demands that are being placed upon our newly created team, we now have a requirement to recruit for the following 2 positions based in and around London:

PMO Lead (Senior Project Manager)

The successful individual will be responsible for the execution of projects in accordance with the clients, contractors or end users requirements that conform to the content, margin and programme criteria established with the Data Centre Department Head.

This role is ideally suited to people who:

  • Understand the fundamentals of project management and processes
  • Can organise, plan and tightly control all areas of the project requirements including project strategies, reporting, financial, and forecasting elements
  • Have experience of software packages such as Microsoft Project
  • Enjoy the challenges of managing direct reports, mentoring and training team members to support development

BMS Engineer

We are looking for somebody who will be expected to perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics on appropriate building system and components according to the service level agreement. They will be required to test and verify system readings to ensure an optimal system operation, as well as responding to customer service calls (emergency, on-site, or remotely).

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Trend/Schneider BMS and have experience of working within the building controls industry, have proven diagnostic skills and be able to systematically identify and resolve technical problems. A driving licence and being PC literate are essential pre-requisites.
