BMSI is pleased to announce that it will be providing a full Trend BMS and Energy monitoring system at the Atlas Building at 145 City Road.
Standing at 40 storey’s high, the Atlas Building makes up the residential part of 145 City Road and is already dominating the ever-expanding skyline that sits close to Old Street’s ‘Silicone Roundabout’. The Atlas Building epitomises inner-city luxury-living and residents’ amenities incorporated within the scheme include a swimming pool, gym, spa, cinema and residents’ lounge.
BMSI will provide a full trend BMS and Energy monitoring system, mainly in the energy centre over the basement levels of the building, but will also have 30 no-control panels which will provide and monitor services over the entire site.
Tim Peperell, who was integral in the acquisition process for The Atlas Building contract, commented:
“This is a fantastic development that BMSI are proud to be involved with. The prestige of the building is matched by the scope of the work involved for the project, which will see our team provide, install and commission a full Trend BMS Control/Energy Monitoring System and a M&T package for the Shell and Core at 145 City Road.
With the commercial element of the project due to be finished by mid 2018 – with 10 floors already let – and residential scheduled for completion by mid 2019, this is a venture that BMSI are very much looking forward to taking on at full speed and welcome many more in it’s wake.”
