London Support secure Deutsche Bank contract!

BMSI are thrilled to announce that our London Support Division have secured a contract at Deutsche Bank for various buildings across London and Birmingham.

These prestigious sites were won under fierce competition, and BMSI were successful due to our excellent reputation for  delivering a premium service. This, coupled with our innovative and flexible approach to the tender process, ensured this impressive win for the support team.

The impressive portfolio consists of 1 Appold Street, Winchester House, Main Complex, 10 Upper Bank Street, Zig Zag Building and Brindley Place.

Mark Stewart, BMSI’s London Support Manager is delighted with the win, commenting:

“It is great to add such a prestigious client to our ever-growing order book. The whole team will work hard to ensure that all we have promised is delivered”

Special thanks also go to Jason Curtis, who led the bid team for BMSI and had this to say on the project:

“This win is a great result for BMSI and gives us a lot of scope to work as a partner with the customer on both their support and lifecycle planning”

Well done to Jason and team BMSI London…let’s keep up the good work!

BMSI Score High on Quality and Creativity in “Excellent” Client Recommendation

BMSI have been applauded by The City of Edinburgh Council for the quality of our work and attention to detail following a successful BMS upgrade at St Andrews Bus Depot.

BMS Project Manager, Alan Anderson, was full of praise for the team, noting in particular the high quality service that BMSI were able to provide:

“During the 2 years our company has been working with BMSI on numerous different kinds of projects, we can say that we have always been satisfied by the high quality of their work.

Working on the St Andrews Bus Depot pointed out the concern for quality and attention to detail that the company has in its locker. The Project was successfully delivered and made sure all of our required criteria, e.g energy savings, simplified BMS controls set-up and quality installation and associated services, was more than met.

In our opinion it has been the knowledge and the creativity of the company that has resulted in such impressive results.”

Spear-heading the venture was BMSI Projects Manager, Steve Granger, who is delighted with the feedback on the project:

It is not often that client’s take the time out to feedback on projects, so to receive a recommendation as glowing as this one – we’d be daft not to shout about it.

The project at St Andrews Bus Depot was all based on EN15232 demand led strategies including Platform Supply Fans, Public concourse AHU, Variable Temperature space control and DHW tank control.

This project successfully over-delivered on the required criteria in comparison to previous campaigns led by other providers and we are delighted with the response from Alan recommending us for future BeMS/Energy campaigns. We very much look forward to continue working with them in the future.”

BMSI’s Medic platform gets the thumbs up in sunny Scotland!

It’s not just the sun that has got BMSI’s Scottish based clients smiling this summer, our innovative web-based energy management platform Medic is also ticking all the boxes as our customers are tasked in dealing with the unprecedented UK heat wave.

Visiting valued clients in Glasgow this week, National Support Sales Manager, Jen Johnson was delighted with the feedback surrounding a new contract mobilisation that has seen the utilisation of the Medic building analytics package.

Jen, who was also able to take the above photo of an uncharacteristically sunny Glasgow whilst visiting the city, was thrilled with the response from clients:

“The feedback from Glasgow this week has been fantastic and a real boost for our hard working support and sales team. We really believe in the progressive work that the Medic application is providing for our clients and we don’t shout about it enough!

By utilising our buildings analytics package, we have supported the client in achieving their KPI’s and assisted them in tackling some of the issues that this beautiful weather has highlighted. A massive well done to the local team here, they’re delighted to have helped make a difference.”
