Since our creation in January 2017, when we extricated ourselves from Centrica to become the largest independent building controls company in the UK, BMSI has been able to combine the experience of its loyal workforce with newly appointed people who have taken the business to another level. We see no limits to what we can achieve and are excited about the opportunities that now lay ahead, confident that we will succeed in meeting our objectives, no matter how challenging they are. However, we are mindful that we will only be able to achieve these objectives by employing more people who have the same high standards that we believe in.
One key part of our business is based at Heathrow Airport, where we have been providing BMS support for a number of years. As part of our strategic plan, we are now looking to increase our team by filling the following vacancies:
We currently have a vacancy for a Service Engineer who will be expected to visit the Terminal buildings at Heathrow Airport and undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building control systems in accordance with the service level agreement. You will also be required to respond to customer service calls in the event of a system failure as well as being required to design, engineer and commission small BMS projects. You will be required to demonstrate a degree of flexibility by being part of the team’s call-out rota.
The ideal candidate should have experience of working within the building controls industry (HVAC) and possess sound Trend experience. You will have proven diagnostic skills and be able to systematically identify and resolve technical problems.
