This will involve creating a strategic sales plan designed to identify potential clients who may (or should) be looking to re-new the maintenance agreement for their existing building management system. You will only be able to do this by developing working relationships with potential customers, assuring them that we can meet their operational needs, no matter how challenging, and delivering on your promises.
Whilst you may not necessarily have the sales experience to draw on, what is more important is that you are able to demonstrate an ability to communicate with people at all levels, whether this be by seniority or by level of understanding of the building controls world. Combine this with a passion for what you do, a determination to achieve your sales targets and a “never-say die” attitude, you will reap the rewards for working for such a successful organisation.
